The Brief: To
produce an Exercise DVD suitable for both
Beginners and people wanting to improve
their Tai Chi. It had to be designed for
a Western audience; be clear, easy to use
for people of all ages and abilities, enjoyable
& interesting.
The
Outcome: A 3.5 hour DVD teaching
people 12 movements from the most popular
Tai Chi exercise form (the 24, Simplified
form), and 4 different routines for people
to practise . The routines get increasingly
challenging and each is set to especially
composed music. The DVD is full of hints
and tips, a great “learn the basics” section
and lots of interactive extras, interviews
etc…Now on general release.
